2. Envelopes containing bid proposals should have "Bid on Ocean Springs Design Guidelines and Local District Evaluation Survey" marked on the lower left-hand corner.
3. This project is being financed in part with Federal funds from the National Park Service, U. S. Department of the Interior, through the Historic Preservation Division of the Mississippi Department of Archives and History and with the City of Ocean Springs. Compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, rules, and regulations is required. Contract will be awarded on the basis of the lowest and/or best bid. After reviewing submitted proposals, MDAH and the City of Ocean Springs reserve the right to reject any and/or all bids.
4. No bid proposal will be reviewed unless all required supporting material listed above has been submitted by the application deadline.
This program receives Federal funds from the National Park Service.
